The majority of our neutrino influence, around 70%, comes from the movements of the sun. So observing the moon shift from Cancer to Leo on 22nd July will be an opportunity to see how emotions, sensations, intuition and feelings become action, courage, expression and displays. Whenever we move from water to fire, we get a gear shift. Water is receptive, it’s fluid, it’s often a little bit non-commital. Fire though, fire demands attention and respect. You’ll see this gear shift as we move from gate 56 into gate 31 on Thursday, because we begin the week with the Sun in gate 56.
Gate 56 is more of a wandering gate. Without clear focus or attention, it can be a gate that causes quite the frustration. Distracted by lots of ideas, lots of tasks, lots of thoughts. When really the clue for working with Gate 56 lies in taking action and expressing. The beauty of Gate 56 is that sometimes, when we do just wander, we come across the most incredible opportunities, inspiration, insights, ideas. But we have to wander with intention, rather than expectation. You see the difference? When we wander with intention, we’re making the conscious decision to be free. To explore. But when we wander with expectation, we’re limiting the possible experience we could have. Blinded by our mind, rather than open to experiencing something new.
The shift with the Sun comes on Thursday, mere hours before the new moon. Meaning we find the new moon in the 1st line of Gate 31.
Now little heads up, the first line comes with a theme of fear and safety. This is a moon to observe, study and watch. NOT to take action. Notice what arises in your personal life and take time to make an action plan over the next few days, rather than rush into the planning stage. The first line is an opportunity to study or research. Gate 31 is the gate of authenticity. A seed being planted to remind you of who you are, as Mercury sits retrograde forming the channel of the Alpha. This is a new moon for taking the reins. Controlling the direction. And syphoning your love and passion into projects, people and things that are deserving of your love and affection. This is a new moon when we’re going to be emotionally charged, for whatever reason, as Venus ‘turns on’ the channel of emotion, meaning collectively we’ll all have an emotional authority, and then the new moon hits. This is a wave of emotion, leadership and clear direction pulsing through the collective.
Make sure you harness it for yourself though!
Just 24 hours after the new moon, retrograding mercury heads into Gate 33, the gate of retreat, of reflection. Our mind gets the opportunity to reflect on the past and consciously rewrite the story once Mercury goes back direct, but for now, don’t be surprised if old loves, patterns, habits, beliefs are tested for you to make new choices. And with Mars moving to Gate 6, igniting the tribal gate of intimacy, diplomacy, defenence and conflict, this sets us up perfectly for coming together in the name of peace. Will it play out like that on the collective scale? I think the shadows of this are likely to be highlighted when Mars moves from 26th July - 4th August, but with this knowledge, look out for just how obvious the astrology is right now…
Just like the neutrino stream passing through, this too shall pass! It always does. Keep coming back to yourself. Focus on what you can do, and let the neutrino stream do what it does. Highlight the polarities of the world we live in.
